What are the things I need and which procedure should I follow?

*Get your beet root
*Wash and peel off the skin
*Cut into pieces and blend but if you don’t have blender use grater( use the tiny holes)
*Squeeze out the juice
*Add a tablespoon of olive oil
*Add a tablespoon of almond oil
*Add a tablespoon of coconut oil
*Add blue seal Vaseline
*Mix well until u get a smooth paste.
