WHAT CAN CAUSE LATE PERIOD AND IRREGULAR CYCLE

The absence of menstruation doesn’t necessarily indicate pregnancy. Other explanation for late periods and irregular cycles can be divided into three categories.

1: PHYSIOLOGICAL- Stress, sudden weight changes( especially a weight loss of 10-15 percent or more), strenuous exercise frequent climate or time zone changes, breastfeeding etc.

2: MEDICAL- taking or discontinuing medication, including h0rmonal c0ntraceptive, certain antihistamines,or antidepressants.

3: PATHOLOGICAL – p0lycystic 0varies, uterine disorders or anomalies or endocrine system disorders etc.

4: If your periods are at Least 10-14 days late,it’s best to consult a doctor.however,if you had unpr0tected v@g!nal !nterc0ur$e during your last cycle,you may want to take a pregnancy test first.
