TIPS FOR CLEANING YOUR POWER HOUSE AS A LADY

1. Use strictly water to wash. Don’t bother using other things, it is a self cleaning organ. She would clean herself.

2. Drink lots of water. It keeps her smelling fresh. From time to time, also check the color of your urine to make sure it has a healthy shade of yellow.

3. Let HER breath please. Don’t use tight p@ nt!es and also make sure you use cotton p @nt!es. Change it regularly and do avoid sweat/damp und !es.

_ Eat very healthy juicy fruits like watermelon, cucumber, strawberry, e.t.c . This would help you especially for the married women.

-Clean your bu tts nicely when you p00. Wipe from front to back and not the other way round. This would prevent !nfect! ons. Always also wash up when you urinate, don’t just wear your p@n t!es without freshening up.

– When you are at home alone, remove those p@n t!es. Nobody is watching you. Let your v @ g! na breath and get some fresh clean air.

Lastly and this is very important. Please during menstru@t!on, don’t wait for your s@nitary towel/pads be so full before you change it.

Change it from time to time. You would feel fresh and it would limit !n fect!ons.
