Pineapple , Banana and freshly squeezed Orange Juice smoothie
Recipe:
1) Five slice of pineapple 2) Four bananas 3) five oranges ( squeeze out the juice ) 4) ice
Procedure:
Add all ingredients in the blender and blend till smooth.
