HOW TO PREPARE TIGERNUT DRINK (kunu ayah)
Ingredients-
1. Tigernut
2.coconut
3.Dates
4.ginger.
5.sugar (optional)
Wash your tigernut,
Peal your ginger
Break your coconut
And add your dates.
Soak the tigernut, dates nd ginger overnight.
Then wash everything nd add your coconut,
Grind it, nd sieve.
U can add sugar if you like, cos all the ingredients are sweet already.
Put inside freezer,
And you can sieve it with ice water if u dont want to put it inside freezer.
Your tigernut drink is ready.
