✍️✍️How make sweet and yummy yummy PUFF-PUFF???

4 cups of All-purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
3 teaspoon of powder yeast
Vegetable oil
3 glass cup of warm water
Egg (optional)
Milk (optional)

✍️✍️STEP 1 : Pour the flour in a bowl. Add the sugar and yeast. Then mix properly with your hand.

✍️✍️STEP 2 : Add water bit by bit and continue to mix with your hand until the batter is smooth.

✍️✍️STEP 3 : Cover the bowl with an air tight cloth for like 1 hour.

✍️✍️STEP 4 : Put some vegetable oil in a deep pot and allow it to be very hot. The oil should be at least 4 inches deep, so that the puff puff will become spherical when scooped into the oil. Use your hand to scoop some batter into the oil . Put in more scoops of the batter as much as the space in the pot.

✍️✍️STEP 5 :Turn the puff puff with a stick or cooking spoon so as to allow a golden brown color and ensure it is properly done.

✍️Note: if you are adding milk and egg, break the egg and whisk, then add milk to it and whisk again then add into the flour and mix properly with your hand before adding water.
