CRACKED HEELS TOTAL SOLUTION
A lot of people have crack heels, below are remedy to wipe it off totally.
Step 1 – Warm water treatment
You will need:
(1) Luke warm water
(2) 2 spoon baking soda
(3) 2 tablespoons of salt
(4) Pumice stone
PROCEDURE:
Pour lukewarm water in a tub
Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda and salt.
Mix it together very well
Soak your feet in this water for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes pat dry your feet and rub it gently with pumice stone to remove dead skin layer.
Step 2 – Scrub
You will need:
(1) 2 tablespoons coconut oil
(2) 5 tablespoons of Sugar
PROCEDURE:
In a bowl take 2 spoons essential oil and add 1 spoon sugar
Your scrub is ready
Rub your feet and heels gently with this for 5 minutes
Wash them with plain water
Step 3 – Moisturizer
You will need:
(1) Some candle
(2) 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
METHOD:
In a steep bowl take 2 spoons coconut oil, add the pieces of candle.
Place it in hot water so that it will melt.
Now let it cool, your foot cream is ready
Apply this cream all over your feet bottom, cover them with socks for some minutes before you wash it off with ordinary water.
