HOW TO MAKE COOKIES

Ingredients
Flour 2 cups
Sugar 6 spoons
Butter 3 table spoon
Milk 2 small tin tomato full
Baking powder 1 tablespoon
Flavour 2 spoon full
Egg 1 piece
Flavour 1 spoon full

Preparation
– Add flour, butter , sugar, baking powder, egg and mix together until the mixture looks like garri mixture
– add the required milk to the mixture and mix again until the dough is soft
– roll the dough on a table or tray it should not be thick
– cut it by using cookies cutters to have different size and shapes
– brush the baking pan tray with butter and place your already cut cookies on it
– before placing your cookies on the baking pan, cover it with baking paper then place the cookies
– bake for 15 – 20 minutes
