Ingredients:
Avocado 1 medium size
Egg yolk(cooked)
Little water

Preparation
Wash d avocado thoroughly.cut d avocado vertically into two pieces. Remove d big seed in d center part and just scoop out d inner part using spoon. collect them in a plate. Discard d outer layers and seed. Mash d avocado and egg, put in d blender..add a little water and blend everything till smooth.. It’s very nutritious ( Babies from 6months can take it) NB it’s cooked egg yolk.. thanks.
